Permanently delete your account
You can delete your account directly in the oynd iOS app:
- Open Profile.
- Select Permanently delete account.
- Read the deletion summary and confirm that you understand.
- Type DELETE and confirm the final dialog.
No website sign-in is required or offered. Account deletion is completed securely inside the app after authentication.
This process is designed to remove your Firebase Authentication account, profile, friendships, pending requests, oynd history, notifications, preferences, and device registrations. Limited safety, fraud-prevention, transaction, or legal records may be retained when required or reasonably necessary.
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. On your iOS device, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose oynd, and cancel separately.
Cannot access the app?
Email info@bilgizci.com from the address used for your account with the subject “oynd account deletion request.” We will verify ownership before processing the request.
This assisted route is available for access problems and privacy requests; it does not require a web account portal.
