1. Annual auto-renewing subscription
When subscription purchasing and enforcement are live, oynd offers one annual auto-renewing subscription providing the features described on the purchase screen. The U.S. reference price is USD 10 per year. The localized price, currency, applicable taxes, product name, and subscription period shown by Apple for your App Store storefront immediately before confirmation are the terms that apply to your purchase.
A subscription must be associated with the Apple Account used to purchase it. Access may be available across supported Apple devices as permitted by Apple and the Service.
2. Seven-day free trial
Eligible new subscribers may receive a seven-day free trial only when the offer appears on Apple’s purchase confirmation screen. Apple determines eligibility, which is generally limited to eligible introductory offers within the subscription group.
Unless canceled before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to the annual subscription and Apple charges the annual price displayed at confirmation. If Apple does not display a free trial, no trial applies. Deleting the app or your oynd account does not cancel the trial.
3. Payment and automatic renewal
Apple bills the payment method connected to your Apple Account. After any trial, the subscription renews automatically for successive one-year periods unless canceled before the renewal date shown by Apple. Apple determines billing timing, taxes, currency conversion, billing retry, grace periods, and payment-method handling under its terms.
Bilgizci does not receive your full card number. We may receive transaction and entitlement information needed to provide and restore access, prevent fraud, reconcile subscription status, and provide support.
4. Manage, cancel, and restore
Manage or cancel through Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; unless Apple states otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid period or trial. To avoid a charge, cancel before the date and time shown by Apple.
Deleting oynd, deleting your oynd account, signing out, losing a friendship, or not using the Service does not cancel the subscription. Use Restore Purchases in the app to request restoration for the Apple Account that owns an eligible purchase.
5. Refunds, billing issues, and price changes
Apple handles charges, receipts, payment methods, billing disputes, and refund requests under Apple’s policies and mandatory law. Bilgizci cannot issue an App Store refund directly. Service support may help investigate entitlement problems but cannot guarantee Apple’s refund decision.
If the renewal price changes, Apple will provide notice or request consent where required. If required consent is not provided, the subscription may expire. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Service and subscription changes
We may change subscription features or stop offering new subscriptions, subject to the Terms of Service, Apple’s requirements, and mandatory law. Eligible subscribers will retain the access required by applicable purchase terms for the paid period, except where service must be suspended for security, illegality, abuse, or events beyond reasonable control.
Subscription access depends on a valid App Store entitlement and may be temporarily unavailable during Apple, network, cloud, account, or verification failures.
7. Incorporated terms and contact
The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Data Protection Notice, Apple purchase confirmation, and Apple’s applicable media-services terms also apply. If purchase information displayed by Apple conflicts with a general price or trial statement here, Apple’s purchase confirmation controls for that transaction.
